The output of a 'Rapid Diagnostic' will give you a clear roadmap for change which will highlight priority actions required to ensure successful delivery of your strategy, or resolution of a problem. It will enable you to better direct your valuable investment and resources to ensuring the expected results are delivered in full and on-time. It will also provide you with external non-biased insight into what is required to deliver exceptional results.

The timeframe to complete will depend upon what our clients ask us to diagnose. Typically a 'Rapid Diagnostic' looking at a tactical issue you are facing will take up to 2 weeks. A 'Rapid Diagnostic' assessing your overarching business strategy, and how well you are set up to deliver against it, will take between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the size of your organisation.
